Trading cryptocurrencies, and especially leveraged perpetual futures, involves a high and very real risk of loss. You can lose some, all, or - when using leverage - more than the funds you commit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.

1. Phivote is a tool, not advice

Phivote is software that scans publicly available market data and highlights where it meets certain technical conditions. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing the Service produces - including signals, scores, zones, filters, alerts, charts, or example setups - is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset or to enter into any transaction. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial adviser, and we do not consider your personal circumstances.

2. You decide; you are responsible

Every trading and financial decision you make is your own, made independently and at your sole risk, on a third-party platform you choose. The Service does not place trades, manage positions, or have any access to your funds or accounts. You are responsible for doing your own research and for seeking independent advice from a licensed professional before acting.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

Market data is obtained from third-party exchanges and providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. Calculations and outputs may contain errors. "Non-repainting" describes a property of the methodology and is not a promise about reliability or outcomes. Do not assume any output is correct, timely, or complete.

4. No guarantee of performance or profit

We make no representation or warranty regarding accuracy, profitability, or performance, and we do not guarantee any profit or protection against loss. Any past, simulated, hypothetical, or illustrative results are not indicative of future results. Markets are uncertain; a technical condition that has resolved favourably in the past may not do so again.

5. Leverage and perpetual-futures risk

Perpetual futures are complex, leveraged instruments. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses, can trigger rapid liquidation of your position, and can result in losses exceeding your initial margin. Funding rates, fees, slippage, volatility, gaps, and exchange outages can all work against you. These products are not suitable for many investors.

6. Cryptocurrency-specific risks

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can move sharply at any hour. Additional risks include, without limitation: exchange insolvency, hacking, or withdrawal freezes; smart-contract or network failure; loss of access to wallets or keys; thin liquidity; market manipulation; forks; and regulatory action. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible.

7. Regulatory and jurisdictional responsibility

Laws governing cryptocurrencies, derivatives, and trading vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service and any trading you undertake is legal where you live, and for complying with all applicable laws, including tax and sanctions laws. The Service is not offered where its use would be unlawful.

8. Third-party platforms

You execute any trade on a third-party exchange under its own terms and risk disclosures. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, security, or solvency of any exchange, wallet, or other third party.

9. Acceptance

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks, that you are using the Service entirely at your own risk, and that to the maximum extent permitted by law Phivote is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or any decision you make. If you do not accept these risks, do not use the Service.
